Nova Capital Partners Launches Advisory Services Division

NEW YORK, July 28, 2001 – Nova Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm that assists companies in raising between $2 million and $500 million of equity-based capital, today announced the formation of Nova Capital Partners Advisory Services. The new division will provide experienced counsel to emerging technology companies on the most effective processes to structure, value, and raise private equity and venture capital.
