New Bridge co-invests alongside Nova's institutional investors which include leading hedge funds, pension funds, other private equity groups, DFI’s, and corporate investors. By co-investing in Nova Capital transactions, New Bridge participates as a member of an investment syndicate comprised of the world's leading institutional investors.

New Bridge seeks geographic diversification by investing in companies across Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, and parts of Latin America.
