Investment Banking Associate

Core Responsibilities

The Associate will be a key member of Nova Capital Partners’ investment banking team based in New York and will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s transactions. The primary responsibilities will include performing research and analysis, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, client due diligence and drafting of marketing materials and offering memoranda. The Associate

will have the opportunity for significant transaction responsibility and will interact directly with Nova’s senior investment bankers as well as with clients and investors. Qualified candidates should have strong academic backgrounds and at least 2-3 years of investment banking or private equity experience with an entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality and an interest in the international markets. The position will be long-term with an opportunity for eventual promotion to Vice President. Compensation with be market based and will include a salary and discretionary bonus.
