Part-Time Investment Banking Associate

Core Responsibilities:

Nova Capital Partners continually recruits Associates for part-time assignments within the firm’s investment banking group. The program is designed particularly for students currently enrolled in MBA programs and typically lasts one to two semesters and/or summer opportunities.

The Part Time program is designed to enable students to complete their business school commitments while receiving real-time experience in investment banking. The Part Time Associate position will be involved in many aspects of Nova’s investment banking transactions. Typical activities include performing research and analysis, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, client due diligence and drafting of marketing materials and offering memoranda. The Associate will work directly with Nova’s senior investment bankers and will often get direct client exposure.

Qualified candidates should have strong academic backgrounds along with prior experience in either investment banking or general accounting or finance.
