Domingo "Dom" Rodriguez, Managing Partner

Mr. Rodriguez is a Managing Partner responsible for new business development and client management for the firm globally. In addition, he is the CEO of Nova Capital Research. He brings over 25 years experience in origination, structuring and execution of domestic and international financings with major financial institutions including GE Capital and Banco Santander. At GE Capital, he was responsible for business development in North America of trade receivables monetization with mid to large sized multinational corporations and financial sponsors. While at Banco Santander, he held a number of roles as a team leader responsible for business development in the US, Europe and Latin America of commercial and investment banking services with large cap US based multinationals and financial sponsors. Mr. Rodriguez’ banking experience includes extensive experience in asset-based and cash flow corporate lending, securities lending, financial asset securitization and structured trade finance. After receiving his B.A. from Columbia University, Mr. Rodriguez began his career with Standard Chartered Bank where he led the corporate banking research unit and first gained exposure to financing in emerging markets. He then moved to Hypo Bank where he was a leveraged finance underwriter and portfolio manager.
