David S. Levin, Senior Managing Partner

As one of the founding partners of Nova Capital Global Markets, LLC, Mr. Levin is charged with overseeing the strategic direction, business development, and operations of the company. Prior to founding Nova Capital Global Markets, LLC, Mr. Levin has been at the forefront of both the private equity industry as well as the technology business. Mr. Levin served as a Principal at American Capital Strategies, a $20 billion dollar publicly traded Leveraged Buyout Fund, and was charged with overseeing new investments in the technology space as well as technology initiatives for American Capital's 43 portfolio companies. Before joining American Capital, Mr. Levin served as Director of E-Business for the New York region of Complete Business Solutions, Inc. (CBSI), a publicly traded, $700 million global IT Professional Services firm. He additionally served as Vice President for IBNet, a leading business-to-business software company prior to joining CBSI. Mr. Levin holds a B.A. from the State University of New York.
